Welcome to Well Built Inspections. My name is Brandon, and I am a professional home inspector dedicated to providing comprehensive inspections that empower homeowners and buyers to make informed decisions about their properties. With over 15 years in the trades that span a wide variety of hands-on experience in mold remediation, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, maintenance and construction, I bring real-world knowledge and a unique perspective that goes beyond textbook training to every inspection I perform.
My certifications include an Ohio home inspection license, Ohio licenses in Termite inspection, FAA Drone Pilot, Snell Level 1 Thermographer, and NORMI Certified Mold Assessor with additional training in mold and moisture assessment from Indoor Sciences. I bring a deep understanding of home systems, structure, and safety to each property I evaluate. My diverse background in the trades provides invaluable insight into how homes actually function—knowledge that directly benefits my clients.
